This morning, getting out of the studio for the usual chores, a nice lady kindly gave us this apple (don't worry, she was no Snow White bad witch) reminding us that today is the day of the apple. We're taking the opportunity to show you what a sight this super delicious fruit is, and to give a really simple recipe to bake it in an even more delicious dessert!

Apple crumble! For 4 servings!

Get 4 beautiful apples, peel them, dice them and put them in a pan ( be sure it has a high enough rim ).
Sprinkle the apples with 50 gr. of sugar and add a tablespoon of water. Mix it.

On the side, make a sort of cookie from 40 gr. of butter, 40 gr, of wheat, 20 gr. of sugar and 30 gr. of rolled oats.
Mix it well until it becomes a dry and crumby dough (if it keeps wet and gluey with these quantities, simply add wheat and sugar).

Sprinkle the crumbs over the apples, then put it all in the oven at 180° C / 350° F for about 20 mins (this means until the crumbs are golden and crispy).

Best served with vanilla or cream ice cream ( yummy yummy yummy!! ).
